I got down to 213. Biking season started and I have been racing as a Cat 5. I have put over 1000 mile son my bike, gone through 3 sets of tires, climbed more summits than I can count, won a couple of medals, and with all that, I am back up to 230. WTF?
Seriously, what the hell?
It has been an incredibly frustrating summer. Now that the racing season is over here, I am training for the Zeitgeist 1/2 marathon. Hopefully running again will get the weight off.
